Tagalitics’s Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Welcome to our Tagalitics’s Affiliate Program!
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (the “Program”) and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.
- Self-referrals are not allowed
You are not permitted to sign up for Tagalitics through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.
2. Abuse or attempting to mislead
We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.
3. No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e. as an employee)
You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.
4. Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the Terms of Service on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.
5. Commission Changes
We reserve the right to modify the commission structure and the duration of the commissions at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in the percentage rates, payment schedules, and the conditions under which commissions are earned. All affiliates will be notified of any changes through their registered email address within 48 hours of any updates. It is your responsibility to review the notification and understand the modifications. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Advertising Restrictions
Affiliates are permitted to mention “Tagalitics” in their personal advertising efforts such as blogs, social media posts, and word-of-mouth, provided that such promotions do not imply that they are endorsed by, directly associated with, or acting on behalf of Tagalitics or The Anything Group. All affiliates must clearly disclose their independent status and ensure that their promotional activities are transparent and honest.
However, the use of “Tagalitics” or “The Anything Group” in any form of paid advertising, including but not limited to online ads, print media, and broadcast advertisements, is strictly prohibited. This restriction is in place to prevent any potential misuse of our brand and to ensure that all promotional activities are aligned with our company’s standards.
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To join our affiliate program, please register through our affiliate portal at affiliates.tagalitics.com. Upon registration, you will receive a unique referral link. Share this link via social media, blogs, chats, and other mediums. You can monitor clicks and signups directly from your dashboard.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on every payment made by their referrals for up to 12 months of active subscriptions. Note that commission percentages and the duration of commissions may change over time.
Payment Procedure
Commissions are paid monthly via Wise. Ensure you have a Wise account to receive payments. Our finance team reviews and processes payments based on the subscription activities from the previous month.
Users have the alternative option to receive payments via PayPal. Please note that PayPal transaction fees will be subtracted from the total payment amount, and Tagalitics (The Anything Group LLC) will not cover these fees.
Tracking and Attribution
We employ a Last-Click Attribution Model, granting you commission for referrals if your link was the last clicked before a subscription. Cookie life is 60 days, allowing for extended tracking of potential referrals.
Account Management
Affiliates can track their referrals and payments through an exclusive dashboard available at affiliates.tagalitics.com, which offers detailed insights into the performance and reach of your promotional activities.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms.
